When it is pulled up, the MGM Rewards member will hand the paid ticket to the Valet to claim their vehicle. When the valet ticket is paid, the system will signal for the car to be retrieved. The parking benefit will be applied to their parking fee.
As the MGM Rewards guest departs the resort, they must stop at a Self-Service Valet kiosk or Valet booth, scan their Valet ticket and show their MGM Rewards card to the booth cashier or swipe their MGM Rewards card at the self-service valet kiosk.The system will apply the free parking benefit to the guest’s valet ticket. Valet attendant will use a handheld scanner to swipe the guest’s MGM Rewards card on arrival.Guest must have their MGM Rewards card with them to receive free parking benefit.MGM Rewards members who have achieved Gold Tier Level and higher are eligible for free Valet, subject to availability.For more information, please click here to learn more.
